Location And Accomodation

Conference will begin and end in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, participants will be transferred to/from Smolenice, Slovak Republic for primary workshop sessions. 

ACCOMMODATION IN BRATISLAVA:

The actual conference starts with lunch on Tuesday (November 5th) and will be closed after lunch on Thursday (November 7th) in Smolenice. The pre-conference dinner will be held in the hotel Matyšák in Bratislava (http://www.hotelmatysak.sk/en) on Monday (November 4th) at 7:00 PM. We kindly ask participants to take care of their Hotel reservation themselves indicating OCAA2013 in their e-mail correspondence. The cost for one person in a double room is about 81 €, while the cost for one person in a shared double room is 56 €. Rooms are limited in hotel Matyšák, so we do suggest booking as soon as possible. We expect most attendees will stay in the hotel Matyšák on Monday night, but some may wish to book other hotels in Bratislava. Hotel Matyšák is centrally located and easy to reach.

Accommodation at conference place:

Note that most rooms for lodging will be on the conference site in Smolenice castle some in shared occupancy. The Smolenice castle is a congress centre of the Slovak Academy of Sciences where the booking of accommodation is traditionally arranged through conference conveners. We kindly ask you to book the rooms by sending an email to <miroslav.kocifaj@savba.sk>.

Money exchange

It is not possible to change the money at the conference desk. Attendees are strongly encouraged to pay in Euro. If this is not possible, there are small banks in the nearby village (3-4 km apart the conference site). It is also possible to pay by card in the castle.

Parking on site

Those who will arrive by car may use the parking free of charge. However, the number of places is limited. Please inform the organizer to be
